Silly Saturday: Elliot's 3!

On this day, 3 years ago, I was sitting uncomfortably in a hospital bed. I had been induced more than 24 hours earlier and my body wasn't cooperating. After 31 hours of labor, a c-section that I hadn't planned on brought my first baby boy into the world. It was such an awesome day. I will never forget the days following and how special every moment was. Today he is 3 and such a super amazing little man. He is an awesome big brother, a sweet sensitive little boy and the perfect fit for our family. He says the silliest things and constantly surprises me with his spur-of-the-moment leg hugs and the sweet words "I sure do love you mommy." I am so blessed to be his mother. He brings more to my life than he'll ever know. I love you sweet boy, happy birthday!
