Piano Recital Invitations

My piano students are gearing up for their recital in a few weeks and I just couldn't find an invitation that I really really liked. So, I made some!

This one went to my oldest student, it's a little less "cutesy" than the others

Making cards and invitations is something I really enjoy and this was no exception. While I may not be a pro, I think they look cute! Oh, and since you all have the address now, I expect to see you there!!!!

One Super Awesome Thing

Fact: I am a mother of boys.
Fact: There aren't a ton of blogs out there with crafty ideas targeted towards boys.
Fact: But THIS awesome blog dedicates a month to "Celebrate the Boy" every year and I LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT!

I have been ooh-ing and aah-ing over a lot of their projects the last few days and I really wanted to share this one, mainly because I want to make sure I can find it again when I get around to doing it!

It's making an adult size sweater into a child size sweater, and it's ah-mazing!

Seriously, I'm going to do this.
It's going to be one super awesome thing for sure!
